Celebrate Sonic's Birthday With This Weekend's BIG Speed Simulator Update!

Happy birthday, Sonic! It's time to celebrate the fact that our favorite blue boy has survived another trip around the sun! And what better place to celebrate than with thousands of players in Sonic Speed Simulator? This weekend, one big anniversary update has landed, granting you the chance to earn not one, not two, but FOUR all new characters and two rare reruns!

@Ryannumber1gamerhas arrived on this week's test server to provide the scoop on the many things to expect! Get ready, it's a doozy!

IT'S A PARTY, AND YOU'RE INVITED!

Three characters have landed in Green Hill to bring some birthday cheer! One new, two returning, all ready to party! The all new skin is Birthday Party Sonic, based on his goofy Update 2 attire from Sonic Frontiers! To earn his prestige shades though, you got one long reward track ahead of you!

Not only do you have to pop a good many fireworks scattered throughout the game, but you need to complete both returning characters' tracks: Birthday King Sonic from last year, and Birthday King Shadow!

If you missed out on earning these characters last time, now is your chance! Already have them? It's still worth completing for not only obtaining Party Sonic, but you get 1000 Red Star Rings for each rerun track!

Total it up with the 2000 Red Rings with Birthday Party Sonic, and that's a whopping 4000 Red Star Rings! Cha-ching!

GOLD MEDAL RACERS

Not enough Sonic? Not enough Shadow? Need more? Well, behold! The Race Shop got updated with new recolors of Racesuit Sonic and Racesuit Shadow! Each cost 3000 Race Tickets each, but who's to say running in style comes cheap?

Additionally, earn rare goodies like the Magic Carpet Extreme Gear from Sonic Riders 1! Adam Sandler signature may or may not be included.

A DIAMOND? IS THAT A GIFT?

Missed out on the Diamond Terminal event? You still got time! The portal to the location has been moved slightly further away from the Green Hill hub, but Rouge is still up for grabs!
